Viewing for specialist auctions are to be advised.
At the Auction
You will need to register as a bidder on the day of the auction. You will receive a bidders number which you must show to the auctioneer if you are the successful bidder.
Absentee Bidding
If you are unable to make it to the auction you can enter an Absentee Bid on the website or during viewing times at our auction rooms.
Buyers Premium
A Buyers Premium of 13% exc gst (14.95% inc gst) is added to the successful highest bid.
Payment
Payment should be made immediately after the auction. We accept Cash, Eftpos or Credit Cards
Collection Times
Items should be picked up from Bells Auctions by 5:00 pm Friday after the auction unless prior arrangements have been made. No responsibility is held by Bells Auctions if goods are not picked up by this time. We can provide contact details of carriers that can transport your items. This is at your own expense.
Postage Of Items
We do not provide a postage/packing service, you would need to contact Pack & Send to have your items packaged and sent to you or arrange your own collection of items.
